TL;DR- Landlords did not fix an issue with heating and other stuff back in August (honestly earlier than August 2022, but they admitted to it then) that really blew up in their faces in December.

I am so moving out of my place in August 2023.

This is why my blog has been inactive for a bit. Had to deal without heating for a few days, then without water, then forcibly vacated, and now finally everything is fixed. For now. Still have to watch out if 1st floor is going to develop mold. I suspect there will be visible mold next week, but I am waiting and seeing. All plans are delayed until I know if I’m in the clear.
