Disability, Insomnia, and Sleep Cycle: A Brief Post

I have insomnia. In addition, my natural sleep cycle is from 3 am to 11 am. This makes managing my energy levels hard.

Most jobs aren’t built for my sleep cycle. I have to constantly fight my own sleep cycle to work. Additionally, I have multiple disabilities on top of that, which also makes building up energy levels hard.

My insomnia is much better if I work a job that allows me to sleep to my natural cycle. It also helps me manage my disabilities much easier. I think for the future that I will keep this in mind when job hunting.

Overall, pretty happy, but tired. Post on genderfluid joy tomorrow.
